HALOWICH
Our featured restaurant of the week is Halowich. Halowich is another interesting place to eat there is and it was only open last December 2007. They basically served various things such as beef or potato with some vegetables, encased in a saucer shaped dough, like a hot pocket, or a pie. They also serve ice cream; fruits such as banana, mango, pineapple and watermelon; crushed ice made from mineral water, some red beans, Cornflakes, and various flavors of sherbet. You can choose from such flavors as milk, chocolate, lemon, orange, and strawberry. It’s a hit among tourists of all ages from kids, kid-like, young professionals and the not so young. A hit for everyone from different races too Koreans, Filipino, Americans, Chinese and Taiwanese etc are getting a fill of the halowich experience. A price of dessert ranges from 100 to 400 pesos only. On the hot beach, it is very refreshing with the ice and the fruits something you really must try if you go there.
